There is an unusual silence from the makers of 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War. But not with the actor who voiceovers for Groot. Vin Diesel reveals that he and the Guardians of the Galaxy will be in the next Avenger’s flick.
In a Facebook post made by the actor, Diesel said the following:
….the Guardians will be included in Avengers: Infinity War and that’s incredibly exciting. Incredibly exciting. Incredibly exciting and something that if you were a part of our page you knew before everybody.
Obviously, this is something we’ve all assumed for a long time, but to have one of the actors flat out say it is pretty surprising.
The question is, how will the Guardians of the Galaxy become involved in Avengers : Infinity War? James Gunn, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 director reveals multiple times that neither Thanos nor any Infinity Stones will appear in his 2017 film.
So let me guess, Thanos goes after the Stones in Infinity War, which sets him up for a battle with the Guardians of the Galaxy. LOL.
Diesel didn’t say if the Guardians will appear alongside the Avengers. This could simply be just be part of the end credits in Avengers : Infinity War. But nevertheless, I am very much excited to see them make their way back to Earth and mix it up with Captain America and Iron Man. Or, just a wild guess, the Avengers make their way into space thanks to Thor and Hulk and run into Rocket and Groot.
All of these are mere speculations and that is why it makes more excitement compared to the last one.
It is said that Avengers: Infinity War, featuring the Guardians of the Galaxy, will open on May 4, 2018. The sequel will probably be one year after that.
Till my next review.
